Transport fees set the price of transport per circle and installment. When a fee structure installment is marked Has Transport Fee, students who use transport are charged the amount of their circle automatically.
Open it from the sidebar: Transport → Fee.
Create a transport fee
- Click Add Transport Fee.
- Enter the fee name (e.g.
Transport 2026). - Set the amount per circle for each installment.
- Click Save.
Row actions
- View / Edit — open or change the fee.
- Delete — only possible while unused.
