The WhatsApp screen sends messages through the school’s WhatsApp provider — the channel most parents actually read — and logs each send.
Open it from the sidebar: Communication → WhatsApp.
Send a WhatsApp message
- Click New WhatsApp.
- Choose the recipients — roles, batches or individual numbers.
- Write the message (templates from the WhatsApp config can be used).
- Send — delivery is queued and logged.
Tip: like SMS, WhatsApp for students falls back to the guardian’s number automatically.
